SHIPPING POLICY
There is a flat rate shipping for all orders of $7.
Processing and production take about 7 business days. Please note that each product is custom-made to order.
Shipping takes about 3-5 days through USPS.
Ships only to the US.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
For orders that have been placed, but not shipped yet you can cancel your order for a 75% refund. Once you have received your item, there are no refunds unless there is a problem with your order. Problems include: not receiving the correct order, color, style, etc, and holes in products. You can either receive a full refund or get sent your correct order. Because each product is custom made, there is no return or refund for any other reason. There are no exchanges.
